Terms & Disclaimer
By submitting the registration form above, participants acknowledge that they have read and fully understood the following terms and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. This disclaimer governs participation in the Muslim Community–THP Skydiving Fundraiser on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 461 ON-5 West, Dundas, ON L9H 5E2.
1. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that skydiving carries the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. By registering, participants voluntarily assume all associated risks, including those arising from the negligence of the Organizers or Skydive SWOOP.
2. Health & Fitness
Participants confirm they are 18 years of age or older and in adequate physical and medical condition. Each participant bears sole responsibility for obtaining medical clearance prior to the event.
3. Release of Liability
Participants irrevocably release the Organizers, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability arising from death, personal injury, or property damage in connection with this event.
4. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising out of their participation, including claims brought by third parties.
5. Compliance with Instructions
Participants agree to fully comply with all directives, safety briefings, and guidelines issued by the Organizers or Skydive SWOOP staff. Non-compliance may result in disqualification without refund.
6. Insurance
Participants acknowledge sole responsibility to obtain appropriate personal health and accident insurance coverage prior to the event. The Organizers do not provide personal insurance coverage.
7. Governing Law
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
